    Can someone pls tell me what the heck is going on.  I've been playing the game for a week on my phone with no problems. I go to open it this morning an error saying "error code: user_disabled (user disabled)"  I try to look up what the deal is but I couldn't find anything. Can someone pls help!

    My advice: Ask CS (see below). Here is hardly anybody playing mobile and hardly any professional to help.

    I can tell you what CS will say: delete the app and reinstall. 

    And actually, that should work.
