im sure this has been thought of before, but here goes....for leveling up faster and preventing sandbagging at the same time, what if we had bonus points for scores shot under par say -1 = +100 pts, -2 = +200 points and so on...the sandbagging just the opposite +1 = -100 points, +2 = -200 points (you would never be negative in points for a round, it would just end up zero if u did bad enough)....its hurts us players that really try to move up and do but dont have a high enough level to buy clubs to be competitive (i moved from tour pro to master and one hole at BPB i barely made it to the fairway on the drive using callaways)...for the sandbaggers who just want to stay in a low teir, that would be fine if thats what they want to do, but we wouldnt have level 73 hacks.

I'm running into the same problem that you are. I just got jumped to Master and was very frustrated to stare down a 200+ yard second shot, 30 someodd feet uphill. Any club in my bag with the loft to keep it on the green will fall short into the sand or rough. Any club with the distance will either slam into the slope before the green because it is too flat, or will shoot straight off of the green because I had to hit too much club to compensate. My initial thought was that there should be some minimum level one has to reach before being moved back a tee box. I'm all for difficulty. I never complained when the greens sped up, but now I'm to the point where I don't even want to play the more difficult courses because I can't play them properly with the clubs in my bag, and I'm not allowed to upgrade them sufficiently at my current level.
