We need to be able to play "Practice Rounds" with no wind.  It is the only way to find the distances for our clubs.  Will you do this please?

(I asked this question over a year ago and have received no reply)  Why is it being ignored by WGT reps?

For the same reason that its not added to the cc`s or used that much in ranked rounds either . They would have to reconfigure the game . As it now stands the wind gets the blame for a lot of the games deviation and wayward shots . So when you see shots acting up with no wind after hitting the ding what would happen ? Players would be posting all kinds of complaints about the game . Also many others would quit .

So even though the no wind setting was a good idea WGT isnt going to incorporate it fullt into the game . It would hurt sales and revenue all the way across the board .

At this point, I think you can safely assume that it's been rejected rather than ignored. ;-)

I've played in multiple WGT No Wind Ready Go (500cr) Tournaments on Congressional in the past.  So I'm not sure why people are posting they would have to retweak the game.  They've done it in the past so I'm with the OP.

    +1.  Add Zero wind.

You would be able to understand the deviation and precision/accuracy built into whatever you're hitting. No Wind tournaments were frequent at the Legend level when I was getting to TL. They went a long way to helping me learn the carry of my clubs AND what to expect as far as the accuracy was concerned.

Maybe in practice mode, to help calibrate your clubs. But in real life I daresay there's always some wind, even if but a mere zephyr. So in ranked rounds I'd say not.

    What an imagination!
