Re: Cant change my members ranks on pc.

    I try to change someones rank on pc and it says that there is a error. i can change them fine on my iPad but only problem is with that is that there is no veteran option, only recruit/member and director.

     

    Any idea's why?

    No clue I'm afraid.

    All I can say that it's not a general problem - I can still do that job here.

    Ta for getting back to us. i will try and transfer ownership to another member to see if it just me. Any idea if theres any plan to put the veteran rank so can update on the tablet?

    Make sure in advance that the other member receives WGT's automatic mails - the transfer process will send one to him!

    WGT's plans are top secret, I'm afraid. No Veteran setting in Android. How about Apple's app?

    It might be a question of display space:

    At the "permissions" tab, Veterans are on display in a dedicated column, but there are only four permission (lines) visible, though (on PC) there are seven permission options, including "manage Custom Courses" and "email members".

    ok that was fun, I decided to transfer to my director who said it was fine for her to make people veteran rank, we decided to change back ownership but we are now stuck with me as owner but my rank is still director and i can't change anyones rank or have any ownership tools work so i can't even transfer back. Please can someone look into this asap because it is pretty ridiculous.
