Re: credit, proshop & wgt community not functioning

  I am not sure what is going on, but on my main page, the GET CREDITS, PRO SHOP & WGT COMMUNITY links are not working. If I go into the FORUM, NEWS, MY PROFILE & TOURNAMENT pages, those links are working. Any clues to this madness?

  hi,

  try this in all browsers

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

  EK4X4 are you using IE (internet explorer)?

  If so try Google Chrome, the problem should go away

  thanks for the input, gents. Prior to today, i had never had this problem ever. I cleared all my internet cache and my flash player cache. Still, those 3 links are inoperative, on the main page.I did try google chrome and they work, but chrome is so slow compared to IE, at least on my 4 yr. old puter. I'll just open my profile and go into the pro shop, get credits or wgt community on that page. They are functioning properly there. thanks again.

  There was some change in IE that is causing the buttons or pages to not work some times.  Thanks for using Chrome for now and we will try to fix IE

  EK4X4  - can you do us a favor and report back to us.  Please update your flash player in IE to the latest version and see if it fixes the problem. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  I updated to Flash Player 10.3 but the problem still persists in IE for those 3 buttons on my main page.
