    similar to visible divots after hitting the ball from the fairway.

    How about fix the existing issues with the game . Take the time to go through the game with a fine tooth comb . Fix any and all current glitches and bugs within the game . After doing that then make only sensible additions to the game . New courses and new pin placements for existing courses . Do not waste programming on brain farts like adding visible divots to the game .

    This idea has zero merit and would contribute nothing to the game, I expect to see it added in the next update.
