    Just spent 30 minutes doing a survey and did not receive credits for it. Can anyone tell me why. Its enough to turn me off!

    Surveys may take a day or two to be added to your account.

    Woody,

    It happens frequently!  I completed surveys three days in a row and got NOTHING.  Seems to be a hit & miss situation.  You can correspond with TrialPay (Kelly), and see if they will look into it.  Did you check the support section (upper right corner of offer page) to see if the offer was listed?Good luck
