    http://www.wgt.com/replay.aspx?ID=384cdf75-cec9-4f59-bdb0-a7a8018aa7f7

Weekly multi-round on Congressional #9, landed 3rd shot just off the green in the rough(40-50%), hit my shot, rolling right for the center of the cup, removed the flagstick and it still "hit the flagstick".

I watched the replay in-game and it shows the stick removed.  The replay in the link now shows the flagstick in.

    Hi Jack,

You would need to remove the flag stick before taking your shot for it to be pulled. Hitting your shot and then trying to pull it after would be the equivalent of trying to trying to take a shot and then making a mad dash for the flag stick to pull it before the ball lands in real life. Hope this info helps!  :)

More techincally, calculation of the shot's outcome is finished before it even leaves the clubhead - notice the wee delay sometimes. Pulling the pin afterwards is only optics...

BTW: On shots from thre greens, the flag is pulled automatically.

BTW2: The flag will be visible in replay regardless of "pulled of not pulled".

Ok thanks for the feedback.  This was the first time this has happened to me before, I guess I honed in a useless timing skill in the game.

Maybe this could be a feature suggestion for future game upgrades?

Probably not, as you have the option to remove the stick before your shot.  I started doing that after I seemed to be hitting one every couple of weeks on an approach shot, and watching the ball sometimes roll way off in a strange direction.

No change - this is not in real time. They'd have to recalculate the shot's outcome for each in and out.
