had to forfeit second round due to plenty of glitches during the game, which ruined my score completely...let alone the wind i was facing, something around 30 mph as an average, how funny i was never playing under such conditions. any one around here having been facing similar Problems ??

the 2nd round was probably set in heavy wind conditions where the wind speed ranges from 24-32mph. the usual weekly/monthly tournaments and normal ranked rounds play in moderate winds. So this was by design and no "problem"

if you want anyone to comment on possible glitches you'd need to describe what happened in detail.

well, it was the ruler of the putter PAL...acting up quite a bit...first coming very slowly and then it was just rushing ahead like a thunderbolt no Chance to make the ding. besides, the ruler sometimes was jerking...almost like a stop and go...how can one control such an irregular flow...? tell me please...and yes, sometimes when i figured well in advance i just let it run to the finish. but sometimes i couldn't manage to do so...so i was quite often far off the ding and with that Kind of wind one is in deep ***

The thing that got me about this tournament was the meteorological inconsistency of the wind.  One and eighteen can't both play into a 25 to 30 mph wind as they play exactly in opposite directions.  If one of them is into the wind, the other has to be (in reality) with the wind.  Might have been other holes too, but this one stood out to me.

If you are playing on the computer version, use the forum search > smooth meter.

It is fixable at your end.
