  I don't know exactly what this is but i know one thing. If by any chance was about to use the word cookie and we got *****, it's WGT's AI bot.

  My guess is that it is being used to test some sort of word/sentence/conversation recognition software and to give a meaningful reply.  Maybe something to be used in future AI, to be able to hold a meaningful conversation, something similar to the robots in the film I Robot.
