  Since you've heard all the questions, I thought you might just answer one for me.  How can the georgy boys have 25 people averaging in the 50's and one averaging under 51?  The possibility of that is beyond nice words.   A little fishy to me, is the best I can do.  Please explain, Wink.

  By having an aggressive recruiting effort seeking those types of players and perhaps promising them something if they join and play in the clashes.  The Golden Calf comes to mind as the offered reward.
