My question is this would you rather have 2 fairway woods or 3 wedges in your bag?

    Thanks

Hey Wood...I like to use just 1 wood...take out the hybrid and add another wedge..really does help.  Thats for legend tier..some courses/9 holes for you the hybrid might come in handy so u can drop the 3 wood instead for that 9

Always have three wedges. I alternate between the 3 wood and the hybrid depending on which course I am playing.

Agree with Piz. The hybrid can be much better out of the rough. I started playing with the hybrid and the 3W at Congressional, then figured if I'm in the rough I'm not going to qualify anyway, so what the hell, go with the 3W only and 3 wedges. Still haven't qualified!

I'm the oddball on the site and use 2 fairway woods. Reason being is I have my wedges dialed in for any yardage below about 120.

I use the R11 three wood and find it pretty good out of the rough although it isn't a club that I hit more than a few times a round.  I don't use a hybrid and don't see much use for it unless you ditch the three wood.  I carry the standard wedge and 3 others.

Since I switched irons to the TM 2.0 I have been thinking about this.  I have a PW that goes 125 yards leaving me a huge gap between my 90 and PW.  My debate is whether to take out the 3 wood and pick up another wedge or dump my 90 yard wedge and pick up the Cleveland 115 yard gap wedge, with the Cleveland 80 and a 60 yarder, still a pretty big gap but with punches it might work, the other thought would be to buy the 115 and dump the 3 wood leaving me with 5 wedges.
