This happened to me last week ...I was winning my match for a million coins and player disconnected on purpose ...There was no timer so i waited for 30 mins and finally quit and he got the coins...CS did refund my coins though because i took pictures

Not sure how many other players have the issue of another player disconnecting or the game crashing and then once you reload you have lost?
It's very enjoying when you lose everything and all you get back from customer service is a standard email to say unfortunately they can't refund.In my book that is theft.
And I am not talking 1000 coins here, I lost 12.5 million when another player disconnected on the last hole before I could putt for the win.
