Could you please refund me two Nike Platinum balls. On two successive tee shots I specifically set to 3 Wood but system played the shot with Driver and hence went OOB. I was certain that I had set it right first time and so it proved. Worrying glitch.

Did you have head wind, Terry? Cause the 3w will go OOB in tail wind, or even some cross winds. That shot should be played with a 210y 4i in 15 mph tail wind and with the 3i (sometimes choked) in almost any other conditions. Even with a 10 mph head wind, the 225y 3i with no spin is a better choice than the 3w.

To clarify this shot was into a significant Head Wind. With my Nike clubs I do not need to use a wood even with just a cross wind. I believe the meter showed a distance of around 310 yards.

Not unsurprisingly no response from WGT. They do nothing to deal with glutches or improve the working of the system. They actually deserve to lose thousands of players to hit their bank account. If anything Topgolf are worse than their predecessors. For someone who pays over a 1000 dollars a year to play, and who has only ever made one previous claim in four years this is a total insult.

Did you contact CS? There have been a couple of times that I've hit a ball out of bounds that were pretty sketchy. I sent them an email, and they replaced the balls for me. But if you're expecting a response here, I think you're unlikely to get one.

If you contact customer service directly they will...

I just had this happen to me at Kiwiah, ball landed in fairway and just disappeared...CS responded in a timely manner and were more than generous in taking care of the situation...

Yes CS are usually very good...................One for Yancy that Kiawah tee shot. Maybe the aliens have a new tool at their disposal? Lucky your avatar was not in that place at that time:)
