  I don't know if this has been discussed before. This only happens with chrome. Half of the times i use the restart option, it restarts with the top-left part of the GUI missing.

  please try clearing cooking/temp files and see if it helps

  Hello,

  clearing cache/temp/cookies etc did not solve the issue. I am able to replicate it in 3 different systems. (Windows 7, one 32 bit and the others 64bits with latest chrome installed). IE is not affected by this error.

  Hi Alan, Icon...

  It's happened with Iron/Vista, too. Even without the "restart"... if what I saw is the same as what Alan is referring to. Has only happened during single play to me.

  The entire upper-left window (Menu, Friends, Invites... along with my player's name, etc...) is gone. I've seen it "missing" for 3holes, after which it comes back on its own.

  Perhaps you (Icon) can confirm... Is WGT experimenting with this area of the GUI? Maybe an "ON/OFF" switch for the Friends list is in the works?  :)

  Inquiring minds want to know.  ;)

  I will mention this to our engineers on Monday and see what they can find. In the mean time, if others can chime in, I would appriciate it. More people the better

  That's it. Single play only, it comes back the next hole, or, sometimes, after a couple of shots in the same hole. I forgot to mention that sometimes it does it even without hitting the restart button. Eg. fire up chrome, login, click play now, enter a game and there's the bug. It's a shame cause i play mainly full screen, and that button goes away too when the GUI disappears.

  my problem with the google chrome icon spinning is that it makes me log off because i cant do anything with that icon spinning only on putts in mpc. ive written 2 bug reports to no answer why this is happening. my question is this has only happened since i noticed the google chrome adv. on the screen b4 playing games. I have a imac computer which seems to be great, never have many problems except for the usual gripes of many others, but this one is a pain. I've chatted with others during this problem and they knew what i was talking about. I would hate to have to stop mpc's due to this but this is the direction i am leaning towards because it is so annoying and only happens periodically with no warning.
