  Hi Capeman, when did it disappear, and are you still able to see the fields to enter username and password?

   disappeared a few days ago..............no fields.............or anything were it was...thanks

  this is really getting frustrating! for the past two days i acnt get a login box, when i do finally get one and login i get no start button. i have cleaned both cookies and flash cach and have a very fast computer and t3 speed internet. anyone else having problems?

  Hi wgtplayer, which browser are you using, and have you checked your Flash Storage Settings? We added instruction on how to do that here: http://www.wgt.com/forums/p/635/2552.aspx

  The problem is the Flash Player. Some have included a link to flush the cache(see above)
  I went to adobe and downloaded the newest Flash player and still nothing.

  For Windows IE users go to Tools , Manage add ons. The default shows Currently installed add ons, go to the show drop down list and select ALL ADD ONS. Flash Player add on should now appear near the top of the list but is disabled, highlight the Flash add on and hit Enable. Close IE and reopen it, now your start button should appear when you reload WGT.

  Message me if this doesn't work.
