I would like to know at what pseudo avg. and ranked rounds one moves from the "Master" tier to the "Tour Master" tier? I would appreciate any help from a knowledgeable source on this subject. Thanks for your input!
I seem to remember it's 63. No idea how many rounds you have to play though.
