I also feel the new format with the one hole matches are a really bad idea. I spend money to get better balls and equipment, but I am also thinking of closing my account also. If you wanted to change some things why change every room? Also how about giving players a warning or heads up that changes are going to be made, and what the changes are going to be. If nothing else they could have had at least had some feedback as to the changes that are going to be implemented.
