  via pc, I still can't see an option to initiate a private message

  Go to the friend's profile page on pc. There should be a green button at the top that will do the trick. 

  

  Yours will be in a bit different location unless you're an officer in a CC.

  Hi,

  in my case i click on a friends name, scroll down to "view all" on that friends profilpage and click it, then at the top i find the "send message"-box. Maybe this will help :))

  Thank you all for your help. I have finally found out how to find the message button :-)

  I was using Mozilla Firefox as my web browser and it must have been blocking certain things. Used a different web browser and found it. Thanks again for all your help everyone.

  How can I initiate a message to more than one fiend on my Friends list at the same time?

  I'm trying to organise something for my CC and I need to message everyone involved with the instructions

  I have been with WGT for quite a few years now, and just recently worked hard to acquire, and build my coin stash for playing: Head to Head....when I turned on the computer today 12/17/2024, I noticed there were 101,000 coins missing from my bank. I have done nothing wrong, and have played a lot over the years, and told many of the game,  I would like my coins returned, and also, I was promised three packages of balls at different times earlier this year, and received only one. If there is something I do not know, or understand, about losing coins, or not receiving earned balls, I'd like to know, it has never happened before.   WGT.....keeps posting my questions, BUT, with no encouraging answers, I do not understand why the intelligence behind WGT, cannot lend a helping hand, they want people to keep buying golf balls, and accessories, and playing the game, but when a veteran WGT player, like myself, has a problem, it seems like they avoid courtesy explanations. All I want is an understanding to, and help with the above problem, Missing: 101,000 coins, and out of three promised packages of golf balls, only one has appeared. Am I the only one asking for help? I'm not asking a lot, just a respectable and professional answer to my questions.

  Mate you’ll need to contact WGT directly about this. Randomly posting in a necro thread is a bit hit and miss. It is unlikely anyone in WGT will see your post. Have a look over to the right on this page. Click on “Contact” and fill in the blanks. That will send a message directly to the help desk who may be able to help you. Good luck.

  I cannot believe I am having such a hard time getting this problem resolved.... all I want is what I feel is mine, and continue playing golf on WGT. O well.....:-)
