  There is currently a 400cr TL RG that has been in the list for at least two months and has 22 players signed up.

  How about 50-200 cr TL RG's?  WGT could have filled many more of these in the same time frame.  Think about it from a positive credit perspective.  WGT would have made more by offering less.

  Agreed.  Just create 1 @ 50 or 100cr and see if the same thing happens.  If it does, you'll know if its a too many credit entry fee issue, or just not enough TL's that play RG's.
