  I have noticed that while playing a round I see a golf ball has been taken out of play and I don't know the reason why.  Not in the water, lost etc.  Do you actually have a life span for the golf balls on this game.

  Yes there is.... The Wgt Game balls are unlimited.... There is a life span on the golf balls you purchase from the Proshop.

  When you play a game, the bottom right hand corner, next to the picture of the Ball (where you put spin) there is a little meter, which is white and slowly decreases to red when the  ball is close to it's lifespan.
