  Are there any? I don't just mean being able to buy higher level clubs. I mean going from level 30 to 31. Will i hit the ball 1 yd farther? Will I chip a little closer? When it gives a percentage in the rough, will I get a little higher percentage? These kind of things.

  Also are there stats that can be adjusted? Or are they fixed?

  no, levels are only for new clubs. it wouldn't make your player stronger or more agile. there are no attribute systems here.
