I've had it; went a couple years without buying golf balls and only occasionally would I drop one in the drink or the weeds, but it seems like every single time I buy a sleeve of Callaways I lose one or two in a single day with nothing more than a dozen strokes on them! And it's always the same; they'll fly just fine but then take a weird bounce and head towards a hazard or out of bounds while I sit here powerless; that happened THREE times today. I bought these balls in the hopes of qualifying for the Virtual Open but this is ridiculous. Sorry WGT, you have a great product there, but it's not worth it; I'll take my bad scores with the starters rather than literally wasting dollars and trying to a punch a hole through my computer desk.

What about the Dove balls.....I'd quess most people have about 15 to 20 by now...Way better than starter balls.

Maybe I'm lucky but I play Callaways pretty much all the time and so far have only lost 2 of them.

I'd love some free Dove balls, shame it's a US only offer.

Yeah, I've been getting those too. My post was written in a tiny bit of anger, having just lost my third Callaway of the day (goddamn weeds at Kiawah); it's just frustrating to spend money on these things and not be able to get the full use out of them, unlike every other item that's available in the Pro Shop. Thank god there's no option to have your avatar break his putter over his knee!

The best remedy to prevent losing golf balls is to hit them in the fairway.
