I own a country club and I can’t change my members titles to veteran. A screen pops up and says “oops! An error occured while updating the title”. Any ideas? Thanks
Your on mobile? Can't do it from your cc page in wgt. Use this in here (forums) click on your profile, then on your cc name. ( should be in green) you can change your members status in that section.
Tried that too. Still shows error. Emailed wgt and let have access to my account and they couldn’t figure it out either. Weird

we had this when we started, Our owner Will couldn't sort it and wgt didnt so he transferred to me and all is ok now but he still not the owner which was what was meant to be.
