No, the 2 platforms are completely different and won't work together.

There is a work around, don't know how well it works, but  a PC can download and run a android emulator, (Nox and Bluestacks are the 2 I hear most use), anyway a PC player can play the mobile app using one of these.

as far as I know the member on a desktop computer could download and use what is referred to as an "android emulator" to simulate a mobile platform.  once they have done that you could then play each other but the desktop feature of playing match play, skins, AS are not available on mobile platform so you would just have to meet and play a 3 or 9 hole round on your default tees.

I know some of our CC members have downloaded the emulator such as Nox or Bluestacks but they have done so to try and watch the 2 cr videos to help offset the cost of balls and clubs.  this is possibly the only option I know or have heard about.

edit...I have actually wondered whether some of the better mobile scores are actually being shot by people using an android emulator because I personally find the screen size much more difficult to play on.  I can still do decent but smaller screens make it more challenging to read putts and offset wind, at least for me...if someone was using a large computer monitor with a "mobile android emulator" it may make the mobile game a little easier than playing on a small screen.  there may also be options for keyboard shortcuts for some of the necessary mouse movements.  don't know exactly though.

I use to play all the time on regular desktop PC.  but do not play much any more because of size of ball and imagery seems smaller then when I took up the game. use to love the game but the last couple years the game is just frustrating so stopped buying balls and play less
