  Freezing weather across much of Europe..

  My tip for a cheap way to stay warm is exercise, exercise, exercise.

  Or alternatively...

  Do what my elderly neighbour has done, and let all the mail pile up behind the front door to keep the draughts out.

  Smart man !!  ^^^

  Though if he doesn't take that milk in soon, it's gonna go off...

  It's 12 degrees right now in Massachusetts. I'm still hunting Phil with my shotgun.

  Last week we got 20" of snow and another storm is on the way.

  We are all wimps .

  The Canadians just continue as normal .

  Big fight broke out at my corner shop . They only had 18 loaves of bread left and someone tried to buy them all .

  No fishes though .

  Its ok up here on the NW coast of Scotland, had a little snow here on the coast and there is plenty in the mountains further inland. 

  We have more problem with westerly gales ......... 70 - 80 mph is not uncommon in the winter with rain as well !!

  "Normal" late winter in Bavaria:

  3 cm of snow in the morning, -8 C expected tonight, -11 C tomorrow.
