Seams like every 4-10 shots you get that one that just is way off. I've been just playing through it frustrated but this time I just gotta call you people out on it.

Playing the par 5 seventh hole on the Island course. Dinged my second shot (230 yard 3 wood) against a 20 mph wind....and it goes 205, which is fine. Left me 68 yards straight into that 20 mph wind, no elevation at all. So I hit my 77 wedge, center shot, no spin, dinged it.....and it goes 79 yards in the air and rolls another 3 for a total of 82 yards against a 20 mph wind...which should be impossible. That particular shot should have came up short of the hole and left me a short, slightly uphill putt, which is what I wanted with the shot.

I'm convinced this type of inconsistency is built in to the game, designed for two things: To take your money with lost balls, and to get people frustrated in the pro shop with the credit card out, plain and simple. Well done wgt, you have people suckered into your "micro transaction business model" like pros. Actually have people believing the game is straight up! Pretty slick of you guys.

I know the inconsistencies are annoying but for me they make the game more realistic. I don't hit every club in my bag the same distance, every shot in reality and don't really expect to do it here, even on perfectly struck shots.

In the real world the wind can suddenly drop or increase, maybe it's built into the game engine here.

Game engine?? That engine needs to explain how a 7 iron on SA nbr 8 hits the weeds, jumps out and goes a total distance of 207 yrds, with a 14 mph wind in the face. I think WGT has given me a flux capacitor. Hang on Marty where were going we don't need  notes and memory anymore.
