    Can someone expaine to me how I can be a Master with avg of 62.9 one minute and go to

    tour Master the next minute with an avg of 70 and haven't played 9 holes yet and also recieved no credits on top of that.

    You're average starts again when you change tiers, I think it starts at 70 now but will change on finishing your first game. Your average will now move both up and down depending on your score for about 50 rounds, then it will only go downwards. You should have received 175 credits though.
