Seems like they added the free ball a bit after the tournament was posted and some people entered.

I just entered the Erin Hills tournament and immediately received a free ball.

Well arent you the special one . You must have friends in low places or maybe I need to . I contacted C/S and let them know about it .It must be fixed then because I entered yesterday when it was still broken .If I dont get a ball I know who to look for :-)

Customer Services gave me the ball today. I don't know of it's because I asked for it, with a copy of my entry from Sunday pasted into my request (you can find the entries in your account), or if they have a way of checking for everyone who entered (but didn't post a score) and sent out the balls automatically.

EDIT: Just got a note from CS. They added the ball "manually" based on my request.
