If WGT was smart, they would just use WGT Balls to replace Nikes with the same specs as Nikes.

Wouldn't WGT be the one getting advertising revenue from the sales as opposed to paying for the Nike logo? And losing that would leave one to believe somebody is taking Nike's place, replacing the lost ad revenue.

Callaway having a big stake in Top Golf is a pretty strong indication of what will be the top ball soon, IMO.

With NIke having the top performing 29 balls here, some sort of equal replacements are necessary.  WGT can stop paying the royalty's and offer their own brand, thus making even more money. No need to raise prices.

A for me I guess that without the Nike80's I will go back to the Volvick's

A perfect time for them to introduce the Callaway Chrome soft X.

And they are offered in yellow.  ;-)

Heck, for that matter, WGT could have introduced their own line of golf clubs with the same attributes as the Nike clubs.  Could have advertised them  as " Vem" proof

If they replace NIKE balls with another brand with same performance/price then encouraging members to "stock up" on NIKEs undercuts sales of these "new balls" when WGT has their big release date. If I was the "new" company  I might be a lot p....d off.

If no equivalent ball coming would someone with excessive credits like to spot me a couple hundred sleeves of  NIKE 20XI-X Balls (L71+). Thanks, Gary

That would make sense Jim. Cally has a lot invested in topgolf
