  is there any place on the game where it offers the driving range and putting green?

  No. An oft asked for feature that probably will never happen. However, you can set up your own practice conditions at any of the courses and take up to 10 shots per hole before you get moved on. It's a good way to learn your shots from all lies. Bethpage back 9 is a good place to go. The fairways are long and you can hit up and down them for your irons and the greens are big so you can putt back and forth. GL

  But just know that even though it is set up as a practice round the hits still count on your ball.

  They will more than likely never set up a driving range/practice green as it has been brought up many many times.

  I however would think that all they need to do would be add a mulligan (or replay last shot) feature during practice rounds
