Do you mean Directors?  If so that is something an owner only has access to do.  Perhaps an owner of a club can help you here.

Click on the 3 dots to the far right of a members name on your CC member list.  That’s where you change a recruit to member etc. etc. etc.

As pmm said, click on the three dots at the end of the members list to select the desired membership status.

Mind you that "Director" has no meaning by itself. You have to set the permissions in the owner's tools, and there, each group can be set up freely. While you can give "Directors" some organisational permissions, but two crucial tasks are limited to the owner: Change of member status and removal of members.

In principle, the only factual difference between the status groups is the limited number of  Directors.

Note aside: Be sure to give the "update messages" permission to one group, because this also triggers your own ability to edit them.

I4O have no Directors, but the group carries the update permission. I use "Veteran" for active & skilled members who may play Superpasses in the Clashes, and "Recruit" for new and for inactive members. As a WGT standard setting, all groups except Recruits may set up tournaments.
