  Please can someone tell me why there are no handicap competitions? As an amateur of 82.4 it is pointless me entering in any comps as we have no chance of winning off scratch.

  There are CC's that use Handicaps exclusively.    Check out:

  also, it is handicapped by tiers, not by rating.
