The query 'Any' is only producing a fraction of the total list of CC's. So how to get a complete list? Seems not possible...

Good question. I can get whole list via admin tools and it's way too many of them, so likely wouldn't even be feasable to go through with the list. Try narrowing it by entering first few letters, it may help
