  When i play a round the XP points for my CC are not being added to my total.

  Your CC is L19, nothing to expect from those points. My two Pfennig: Don't buy CC passes.

  Is it the 4,000,000 badge from your captain that you are seeking?

  I see value in reaching CC Level 20 for the lower tier members as they'll receive a 10% boost in XPs helping them to level up faster.  Don't ever forget where we came from...and the faster you can get out of that mess the better.
  
  And definitely...no need to buy a CC Pass.  Just use the 2 freebies per day.

  I suspect only a tiny difference to a L19 CC, and it's unclear which kind of addition is meant. I went with CC-related XPs.
