    Is it possible to get the gift card for 165k credits for a non-US-Amazon store, Germany in my case? I wrote to CS about this, but never got a straight answer, so I'll try my luck here :)

    Hi, it should work fine.  Mine came through in sterling with a link to apply to my Amazon account via a code.  You may need to contact CS if it doesn't come through in a few days ;-)

    Yes, you can choose your Amazon store. It should be issued automatically to the country to which your account is registered, but you might want to send CS a message at the same time as you apply for the card to decrease the chances of them messing it up.

    Yes.. US, UK and German stores are available for the gift card. You can buy it straight off and then specify the store when you contact them over the email.
