Good idea. Would certainly help with running country club tournaments instead of adding links in forums. I must admit i'm not the brightest when it comes to adding bits on a forum post so would help if it was here already for you to fill out.
The software could also incorporate an easier way of posting scorecards without having to crop screen shots, resize and go to sites like tinypics for example to upload these.
