Yesterday I had a problem with a transaction (double purchase off CC pass on a laggy clic).
I'm sometimes very vocal on what is wrong with the game (WTF shot, meter teleportations, pricey balls, average perfomance, etc.), even to the point of venting via bug reports (redacted in a terrible approximation of english langage)... But when something is right it must be said too: Hours after my report, in a really short delay just before a week end, my credits were back. No questions asked, no discutions, just a complete and immediate refund.
So, thanks a lot WGT! It wasn't an astronomic amount of credits (74 Cr) but I can assure you it is very much appreciated. Kudos to your consumers help team! ;)
