Because the burners are so accurate and most shots my long irons are within 5 yards most of the time, to compensate the accuracy has wgt imposed a random shot every now and again with these irons to balance things out?

Its just sometimes a 145 yard iron for example, will go 135 yards in 12 mph tailwind, or 145 yard iron might go 160 yards in headwind.  Its just an observation i've made because i'm more than happy with these irons, they're the best out there but now and again, maybe 4 shots per round will be totally random, and nothing like its true yardage.  And you're left scratching your head.  Have random shots been put in to stop EVERY shot being perfect?

Or could it be put down to the wind not being true speed?  I guess its the later

I get them from time to time and chalk it up as random deviation of the clubs.

I think it is the VEM. Sometimes the shot acts like a miss hit. I had a left 9 mph side wind, I set it up like I always do, hit the ding and it was15 yds. left of the pin.
