    I sent them an email yesterday to members@worldgolftour.com and have not heard a thing, anyone else having this problem

    I had it sometime earlier.

    My escape: Use "Contact" below. It doesn't guarantee a sufficient reply, but it will give you an automatic reply with a "case no." - enough to make them sweat if you re-use it later...

    i tried that earlier but didnt get an automated reply with a case number, something strange is going on with my email or account

    All I have been getting for 2 months now is "Server Error 422", sent PM to Icon, and he could not give me any valid reason why I cannot contact Customer Support. Seems to me that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing here in Topgolf/WGT land.

    no worries :) , well the case is now closed, they made contact this morning, Hooray!
