  Ah.... Click golf was out in 1998....  At least make this like golden tee with a trackball.. or since most people use a mouse.. just make the mouse act like a golden tee track ball...

   

  Pull back then swing forward ..... Wow.... this gets really boring with the click interface... nice idea.. but not fun to play... I would have my friends steer clear of this game until you can get a better UI....... Ugg.......

  Hello neomaxi, I played golden tee a few times and was wondering how you would implement that with a mouse? Thanks in advance.

  They have it now if you buy the golden tee for PC video game .

   

  you pull the mouse straight back for the backswing and depending on how hard you push forward is how hard you swing.. if you push slighly right it goes right.. slightly left, it goes left... If you push it exactly staight...the ball goes straight... its a much better swing mechaism than the "3 click".   No golf game uses 3 clicks anymore... even tiger woods for PC is mouse swing.... ......    I love the concept of this game... its just I had the "click swing"...

  Fair enough, just remember that people play this game on laptops. I don't know how much room would be needed to do what you are talking about.

  Also, what is '3 click'?From what I have gathered, I pull my mouse forward while dragging to gather distance, release and click once to get my precision on the ball.

  Links always had that feature and it was extremely difficult to master. It didn't require more room than a mouse pad and you controlled the sensitivity through the mouse settings. A very real swinging action.

  So guess what happened when players began to master it and got good at it? They were branded cheaters-LMAO. You can't win, there's always going to be that faction.

  The 3 click was click to start, click at power point, click at impact point. I can imagine the horror show that would be, given the present meter issues, if it were used here.

  QFT, mate...

  That Links swing was brutal.  Those of us who aren't playing at home would have a very difficult time with the swing mechanics.

  Siting in the airport lounge trying to use that swing might get you arrested!
