You have to be very careful when putting the dot down full back, that you click again to lock in the green color. Otherwise, when you bring the meter back the spin dot goes up with it, moving to red and full top

I've been having the same problem for the last few months, and came up with the same solution.  Click and drag to set the desired spin...then click again to lock the dot in place.  A bit annoying...but once you've done it a number of times it becomes second nature.

I think it's a FireFox thing. The spin dot can jump to full top at times. Makes for some head scratching moments from time to time.....

Happens with me starting last fall.  Had to 2nd click to anchor and turn the dot from red to green.  This only happens on Firefox browser for me.  Just tried it on Firefox again and the problem is still there.  I downloaded Pale Moon, which I currently use for WGT only, Maxthon and Chrome browsers and didn't have any problem with the spin on these browsers.  Also no problem on Internet Explorer either.

I'd also say this is a browser issue your having.  Certain browsers, if you drag the spin dot too far down, wont release the dot. So when you move your mouse cursor back up the dot goes full top.
