    Went to check my transaction the other day and it was not available.  A message printed in red instructed to reload the page.  Should that not work. Contact services.  I emailed them on the weekend and received the following response:

    Thank you for your message. We are receiving similar reports and are currently investigating this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and are hoping to have this resolved as quickly as possible.

    No worries.  Let's see how long it takes.  Every time I have contacted them I've gotten a quick response and resolve of the outstanding issue.

    Still not working for me after they told it would be fixed with this last update.

    Mine either !!  :(. ( Its been almost a month since this is happening. I had wrote to CS n their response was a curb from todays update.

    August 1st.

    Well it has been fixed. The only thing is that it ends @ July 7/2018.  Perhaps the rest of the records have been purged.

    Working for me also.. They sent me a temporary password and then I reset to a password that I wanted. Working fine.
