Went to check my transaction the other day and it was not available. A message printed in red instructed to reload the page. Should that not work. Contact services. I emailed them on the weekend and received the following response:
Thank you for your message. We are receiving similar reports and are currently investigating this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and are hoping to have this resolved as quickly as possible.
No worries. Let's see how long it takes. Every time I have contacted them I've gotten a quick response and resolve of the outstanding issue.
