I tried several times to send balls to friends of mine who I play with. Keep getting error msgs saying they don't exsist. They sure do as I play with both ALOT. What the heck is going on???
And my bad mistake, I meant to buy $5.00 credits..I typed in $5.00 but forgot to click the circle button and it took out $50.00. I am retired, hub ill so I really need that $ bad. I know WGT does that auto click with $50.00 saying its what most players prefer BUT that's really not cool to do. There should be NO marks, we should be able to click and type how much we want to buy, PERIOD.......How can I get most of my $ back since I spent $1.37 on balls.
Can anyone and WGT advisors tell me what to do about both these issues?
