  That sounds like wgt avoid trying to help at all costs. :-( i have written them 10-15 times with no response. ( probably did not like the question or issue) So good luck with them getting back to you. ;-)

  I've contacted WGT customer service on a number of occasions and each time I received a prompt reply and a good resolution.

  Using your personal email program as the Contact Us page doesn't work... at least not on a desktop PC.

  WGT Customer Service email:   members@worldgolftour.com

  Make sure you include your email address (the one associated with your WGT account (found in My Profile).  Also include your avatar (player) name.  And be respectful.

  If you don't get a response within 24 - 48 hrs (not including the automated response), then you might try to make contact with WGTNico on WGT Discord.

  Good luck and hope you get a resolution to your issue.
