I was to receive free credits after applying for free insurance quotes (1 of which was pretty good and I will probably use).  What should I do?

Same thing happened to me with the PerfectRates auto ins. quotes two weeks ago. Usually the credits will post quickly, but sometimes it may take a day or two to get them.  Don't know when you completed the offer, but if a few days have passed then contact TrialPay. On the site where you do surveys just click on the word Support in right-hand corner and TrialPay will check into it for you.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes for you

From the earn free credits page click on support and find the offer you completed and  send an E-mail to Trialpay through that link including a copy of any confirmation e-mails you received from the insurance companies.

I had the same experience, my daughter needed insurance so we did the quote , did not receive any credits or an email of confirmation. But the insurance companys sure are calling her.

You get no email confirmation, the 4 digit number you type in ,and when it tells you the number has been confirmed is all you get.

Well i did a 150 credit simplico one yesterday.....never got my credits....and can't send a report to support because after i fill it out and send it it doesn't go through----it just pops back on with different code letters at the bottom.

IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT PUNCHING THE WRONG CODE LETTERS IN EITHER. !

I don't have a problem with this too often but yesterday was a really strange day on this site for some reason.

    Thanks for the tip.

I contacted them and evfentually got the credits.

Now have a new situation regarding free credits with e-quotes for autos.Signed up, received a call from a a dealer, and a delayed e-mail confirmation of me signing up    .No credits issued.  TrialPay  asks for a copy of the e-mail confirmation, but when I send it to them, they repeat the request for me to send it.  I sent it most recently as an attachment rathr than pasting a copy into the report.   Just waiting now for their next bogus reply.

I am not sure, But WGT probably has the right to request certain free credits surveys off there website, if there not paying out free credits to the participants. But I do believe WGT gets a Kick back in monies from everyone who clicks on a survey weather it be free or paid. So in my opinion WGT has the better end of the stick here.

All surveys as equotes, samplicio and the one for auto insurance I have never recieved credits for it. I gave up trying to contact trial pay. Now when I get quotes in my email I put it in my spam folder.

You must always look for the submit box on these surveys of varies types.  I once took a survey and click out without clicking on submit.  Got no credits but did take the whole survey, lol.  Also, stay away for eAuto.  They do not give the 450 credits but they will call you and send many emails.   Peace out

I just took an Ampario suvey for 450 credits re Pharmecuetical drug retailers (the long version) and after it was completed it said "it was sorry it couldn't find a match". Needless to say I didn't receive my 450 credits.
