This happened to me during a game before but didnt get any reason or response but I just got logged out during a multiplayer game after I had teed off on the 7th Hole at Kiawah Island and lost the multiplayer game.

were you also on forums? this sometimes happens when you are on forums and playing, so we always recommend to close all other windows when playing
