How about offering credits for top four in brackets for free as well as pay to enter. Obviously free to enter would have lesser prizes than paid tourneys.
The top 70 in each tier are paid out in credits in free to enter stroke play tourneys, so why not brackets?
Currently you win 'for pride only' in free brackets.
...and more tier-only brackets. Tierless are pretty much mopped up by the high tier players.
