  Actually, since I made that mistake years ago and was corrected by my UK/Irish players, it is 0:00 UTC.  The UK and Ireland have summer time just like US, so GMT changes just like Eastern time US.

  A quick look to Wikipedia says, 

  yes there's a slight difference between GMT and UTC (0.9 s max),

  no it doesn't change with daylight savings time.

  Alas, the real clocks in Greenwich are subject to DS (British Summer Time, UTC +1) in the same way as any English clock.

  First and foremost, welcome to the Forums. I am happy to see that after 9 years of being on WGt you finally found your way to the Forums. You would think that after being a member here as long as you have, you would know by now how the WGT systems works. But not to worry, you are not alone. There are plenty of complete idiots on this site that do not have a clue.

  Secondly if you are that torn up over the loss of your CDP, which I find hard to believe since it was your own fault, but if you contact Customer Service, and explain your own stupidity to them , I am sure they will reinstate your CDP.
