  Dear Community,

  in my latest WGT App experience it is no more allowed to equip two lob wedges. Why did they apply those changes? How can I equip my bag as I wish? Or do I miss some setting here?

  i play with 3 wedges

  my first thought is have you took one out of your bag

  second thought is it the same lob wedge as the one you already have?

  yes they've made changes.

  i am experiencing the exact same thing here. i have opened up FIVE support tickets within just the past 2 months because of it.

  The first 3 tickets, WGT Support was awesome and corrected the issue for me.

  This past weekend and 2 weeks prior (seems to occur every 2 weeks) their support has been absolutely poor. They keep giving me the old "you need to use Advance mode" which of course does not allow us to de-select or replace default hybrid with our purchased 3rd wedge.

  editing the wedges simply toggles between the two, never allowing us to get rid of the stock hybrid.

   

  Definitely dropping my once outstanding ratings of WGT Support to bottom-end rating now.

  So disappointing because WGT was once the best golf app ever.

  sorry, forgot to add one important bit of information:

  while WGT Support spins their wheels, never getting down to the root cause of why our stock hybrid keeps magically reappearing in our equipment (rendering our purchased 3rd wedge useless)

  If you have access to a full PC, you CAN edit your clubs successfully. It is defintely NOT optimum, but is a workaround i've stumbled upon while dealing with WGT Support - or lack of.

  The advanced mode works fine on mobile for me now.  Are you sure you are saving with advanced mode?

  Also, when this problem arose, I posted the PC workaround in several threads about this.

  You don't get a 3rd wedge by editing wedges.  You get a 3rd wedge by clicking on the hybrid and then clicking on the word "WEDGES".    Then select the wedge you want.  And SAVE.
